The purpose of the Recognition and Engagement workgroup is two-fold: To 1) increase employee morale and job satisfaction and 2) to examine and recommend alternative avenues for employee recognition. This may include encouraging employee networking by providing avenues for staff to connect and interact.

The committee will plan and coordinate internal activities. In addition, the Recognition and Engagement Committee will help coordinate various details of the employee recognition programs and examine other avenues of recognition.
