The Factors for Success were created to support sustainable growth linked to foundational skills and value-based behaviors.  These factors describe behavioral expectations, a map for learning, professional development, organizational sustainability, and clear guidance for what success looks like for all employees.

What are the Factors for Success?

• Thought: Having and using the appropriate knowledge. 

• Results: Takes initiative and is accountable for results. 

• People: Effectively communicates and interacts with others.  

• Self: Recognize and reflect on oneself and one’s behavior.  

Each factor is a pillar that supports our shared vision and culture. We encourage you discuss these factors with your leaders and consider what they mean for your position and your unique contributions to COSC.
