The Courtroom Services (CRS) Division plays a vital role in providing services for the Superior Court Bench, the legal community and the public.
  • CRS Specialists perform administrative assistance in various functions outside of court, including exhibit processing, minute entry creation and paperwork processing.
  • Courtroom clerks attend court sessions, record the proceedings in a note-taking manner and transcribe them into standard minute entry format, record and secure exhibits, communicate oaths and affirmations, and process court documents.
  • CRS Leads assist Courtroom Services Supervisors with the completion, coordination, and documentation of training Courtroom Clerks, and assumes some responsibility for a work area in the absence of a Courtroom Services Supervisor.

Note: The Courtroom Services Manuals can be found on the Courtroom Services Sharepoint site. You can access the site by clicking the 'Visit Sharepoint' button in the right-hand column.
