Community Outreach is overseen by both the Communications Division and the employee-led Communications and Outreach Workgroup. The workgroup, which is co-chaired by the Clerk's Communications Supervisor, coordinates communication programs throughout the Office, and provides information, feedback, and recommendations to executive leadership to assist in accomplishing the Office's communications and outreach mission.

The group coordinates community outreach programs (public and virtual) throughout Maricopa County to engage employees and members of the public in a manner that advances a positive view of the Clerk of the Superior Court’s Office, while establishing community-based relationships. Clerk of Court staff are permitted to participate in their own community outreach events and initiatives, but all activities must be approved through the workgroup.
