Did you know that you can order an official branded Clerk of Court polo t-shirt? The "performance" polo shirts, created by Port Authority, are lightweight, breathable, and designed to keep you cool and dry. They come with the official seal on the chest (in white stitching) with five colors to choose from. The "traditional" polos come in select color choices, depending on the style. Orders are on-your-own, meaning you must order directly through the vendor who will provide you with an invoice.  

Only team members of the Clerk's Office may purchase uniform shirts. The shirts are made available for sale so team members can have them as an option for work attire. The shirts should only be worn by team members and only as work attire and while serving as a member of the Clerk Team. When no longer using shirts that are in usable condition, you are encouraged to donate or sell them to other team members or donate them to the “Clerks Closet” where other team members in need of uniform items may re-use them.

If you decide to donate to the Clerks Closet, please send the shirts to COC Admin - DJC/EA. We kindly request that team members please do NOT donate uniform items to charities such as Goodwill or the Salvation Army where individuals who are not members of the Clerk Team could buy them and potentially impersonate or present themselves as representatives of the Office.

How to Order:

1. Fill out the form for the Men's Polo option or the Women's Polo option. 

2. Send the completed form to the email address cleanstitchllc@gmail.com with the subject “Clerk of Superior Court Polos Order.”

3. You can pay the total amount AND the shipping costs, or request to have your order picked up and delivered to you via interoffice. If you would like your order picked up, please reach out to Fernando Castillo at fernando.castillo@maricopa.gov. 

4. You will be notified of the total cost (for your approval) before any order is placed. Invoice payment in full is required before delivery.
