Q2 2021 Employee of the Quarter
The Clerk's Office provides an Employee of the Quarter Program (EOQ) to recognize employees who perform above and beyond their normal duties and/or for those who provide a boost and make a positive impact to their team’s work environment. The EOQ allows employees to nominate any co-worker who demonstrates these attributes to honor their efforts and enhance the overall Office operation.
The Quarters
- Quarter 1: January - March
- Quarter 2: April - June
- Quarter 3: July - September
- Quarter 4: October – December
Nomination Process
At the end of each quarter, the Communications Office will send an email to all staff with information regarding the EOQ nomination due date. Any employee can submit a nomination for another employee whom they believe demonstrated exceptional work performance during that quarter. Only one submission per person is allowed per quarter.
Nomination Guidelines
Please include in your nomination (via email):
- Nominee’s name
- Nominee’s department
- Four - six sentences on why the nominee should be selected as an EOQ
